What we did and what we can do for you (Part 2)

R & R For You… aka Richard & Rebecca, we are both highly experienced property and lifestyle management specialists. Just think of us as your PA on call some of the time or all of the time. We provide our clients with a personal and bespoke service tailored to their individual needs.

In other words, we help busy people like you to be less busy. Sometimes it’s looking after your property while you are away. Maybe just helping you find a cleaner you can trust or even organising an event you’re hosting.

Our services are very broad but to keep things simple “we are a single point of contact for almost any request.”

Our clients range from solicitors, business owners and wealthy retirees to name just a few.

We will travel to meet you personally and offer a free consultation, to see where we can be of assistance.

Through our network of contacts we make it easy for people to get the most out of their free time by making the connections for them and because we have a network of trusted contacts we often save them money in the process. For that reason all our services are based around making peoples lives easier, for example:

We take care of people’s homes for them. One of our clients spends a lot of time overseas and contacted us to see if we could keep an eye on their property while they were overseas. We started off checking on the property once a week then stocking the fridge and arranging flowers for when the owners returned. Now we have built a relationship with the owner he uses more of our services and pays us a monthly fee. He can email us whenever he wants and we will make sure that his requests are carried out by the time he returns. It can be small things like organising the car to be serviced or having the carpets cleaned through to overseeing the replacement of all the windows in his property.

Again this as another property based service but it allowed us to showcase our hospitality skills. We were recently approached by a local estate agent who wanted to promote their latest property.

We helped them to bring in nearly 80 potential buyers through the door and treated them to a champagne reception with canapés from one of our private chefs. There were suppliers on hand to talk to the buyers about specific areas of the property and how it could be finished. We even dressed the 2 main finished rooms to soften the home and create a warming atmosphere.
If you are moving into a new home and don’t know where to start.

Who do you turn to? Are family members on holiday? Dad has to go to work and Mum has to look after the children? How do you take in all the information from the technicians and move into a house and still run the home? We will personally take care of the move on your behalf.  With a recent project we organised a team of cleaners to meet us on site, and room by room we turned a construction zone into a home in only 2 days.

We can even help project manage the final stages of the build, by producing snagging lists, arranging meetings and presenting a detailed handover manual.  As we are emotionally distanced from what is going on it allows us to approach the task from a purely functional perspective, saving time, money and bringing organisation back to into the home.
